Creator Program Terms

1. Relationship to other terms

These Program Terms supplement our Terms and Conditions. If there is a conflict between these Program Terms and the Terms and Conditions regarding the Program, these Program Terms control for that topic. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms and Conditions where applicable.

The Creator Program is separate from the Refer a Friend program. Refer a Friend is governed by the Referral Program Terms. Benefits, codes, attribution, and rewards under each program are not interchangeable unless we expressly say so in the app.

We may update these Program Terms by posting a revised version in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued participation after changes take effect means you accept the revised Program Terms.

2. Eligibility and application

To apply, you must have a valid IGNITE account in good standing and meet the eligibility requirements in our Terms and Conditions, including applicable age requirements.

Acceptance into the Program is discretionary. We may approve, refuse, suspend, or end participation based on your application, audience, content niche, account status, compliance history, region, or other criteria shown in the app or communicated to you.

You must provide accurate application details (including contact information, platforms, handles, and audience size). We may request additional verification before or after approval.

3. How the Program works

If approved, you may receive a personalized creator code (the "Creator Code") to share with your audience. Followers who create an IGNITE account and apply your Creator Code as instructed may be attributed to you for Program purposes.

Approved creators may also receive complimentary Premium access for a period we set and show in the app. Complimentary Premium may be paused, extended, or ended as described in the app and these Program Terms.

Availability of codes, exclusive pricing for your audience, complimentary Premium, and rewards may vary by region and over time. What you see in the app at the time of participation controls the current offer, subject to these Program Terms.

4. Creator Code and audience pricing

Your Creator Code is personal to you. You may share it through ordinary creator channels (for example social posts, stories, bio links, newsletters, or live streams) in a lawful and non-misleading way.

Where offered, your Creator Code may unlock exclusive annual Premium pricing for attributed followers. Exact pricing and eligibility are shown in the Service at signup or purchase and may change.

We may deactivate, replace, or revoke a Creator Code if we reasonably believe it has been abused, sold, scraped, or used in violation of these Program Terms.

5. Creator rewards

Unless a different reward is shown in the app, you may earn a Creator Reward of ten units in the currency of your region for each Qualified Creator Signup: euro-area countries — EUR €10; United Kingdom and other pound-sterling regions — GBP £10; United States and other US-dollar regions — USD $10. All other regions default to USD $10. The amount and currency shown in the app for your region control the reward you can earn.

A "Qualified Creator Signup" means a follower who: (a) is a natural person creating a genuinely new IGNITE account; (b) correctly applies your Creator Code during signup or as otherwise instructed in the app; (c) is not you, a duplicate or related account created for reward farming, or otherwise prohibited under these Program Terms; and (d) purchases and successfully pays for an IGNITE Premium annual plan under that Creator Code attribution, subject to any cooling-off, refund, chargeback, or cancellation rules that apply.

Purchases of weekly, monthly, or other non-annual plans do not qualify for the Creator Reward unless we expressly state otherwise in the app. Free trials, unpaid accounts, and cancelled or refunded annual subscriptions do not qualify.

Only one creator attribution may receive a Creator Reward for a given follower account. Creator Rewards are separate from Refer a Friend rewards. If attribution is unclear, we decide in our reasonable discretion based on our records.

6. Complimentary Premium

If we grant complimentary Premium, the start date, end date, remaining days, and any pause state are shown in the Creator Program screens. Complimentary Premium is a Program benefit, not a purchased subscription, unless we expressly say otherwise.

We may pause, resume, extend, shorten, or end complimentary Premium for operational, compliance, or Program-management reasons, including if your Program participation ends or if we reasonably suspect abuse.

Complimentary Premium does not guarantee continued access after the stated window ends and does not convert into a paid subscription unless you purchase one through the App Store or Google Play.

7. Reward payment

Creator Rewards are paid through PayPal or another payout method we designate in the app or by email. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any fees, taxes, or account requirements of the payout provider.

We may require identity, tax, or account verification before paying a Creator Reward. We may hold, delay, or cancel payment if we need to review attribution for fraud, refunds, chargebacks, or policy violations.

Unless a different timing is shown in the app, we aim to process eligible Creator Rewards after the qualifying annual purchase is confirmed and any applicable refund or chargeback window has passed. Processing times may vary. Pending rewards do not earn interest and are not transferable except as required by law.

Creator Rewards have no cash value until approved and paid. They are not gift cards, store credit, or Premium subscription credit unless we expressly say so.

8. Limits

We may set caps on Creator Rewards, complimentary Premium duration, code distribution, or total Program payouts. Any limits will be shown in the app or communicated to you.

We may withhold rewards or Program benefits that appear duplicate, abusive, or inconsistent with ordinary creator promotion.

9. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Create fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts, or attribute yourself (including through aliases or related accounts created primarily to obtain rewards).
• Use bots, scripts, purchased traffic, paid lead lists, or automated tools to distribute Creator Codes or generate signups in a deceptive way.
• Spam, harass, or distribute Creator Codes in an unlawful way.
• Sell, auction, or barter Creator Codes, or post them on coupon or deal-aggregation websites, unless we give prior written permission.
• Misrepresent the Program, IGNITE, Premium pricing, complimentary Premium, trial length, or reward amounts.
• Interfere with attribution tracking, attempt to claim another creator's attribution, or otherwise manipulate the Program.
• Violate our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or applicable law in connection with the Program.

10. Verification, fraud, and enforcement

We may review applications, attributions, accounts, payments, and device or usage signals to verify Program compliance. We may request additional information from you or attributed users.

If we reasonably believe an application, attribution, or account violates these Program Terms, we may deny or reverse Creator Rewards, pause or end complimentary Premium, deactivate Creator Codes, suspend Program access, and/or suspend or terminate related IGNITE accounts, without limiting other remedies.

Our Program records (including code attribution and purchase records) are conclusive for administering the Program, absent manifest error.

11. Changes, suspension, and termination of the Program

We may modify, suspend, or end the Program (or any reward, complimentary Premium, code, or region) at any time, with or without notice, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes changing reward amounts, qualifying plans, hold periods, payout methods, and eligibility rules.

If the Program ends, we will handle pending Qualified Creator Signups and approved unpaid rewards in accordance with the Program Terms then in effect and applicable law. We are not obligated to honor attributions completed after the Program ends, or offers that were never validly earned.

12. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes that may apply to Creator Rewards or other Program benefits you receive. Where required by law, we may report payments or withhold amounts. Provide any tax information we reasonably request.

13. Privacy

We process personal data related to the Program (including applications, Creator Codes, attribution, and payout details) as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not share personal information of others without a lawful basis to do so.

14. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of codes, attribution, complimentary Premium, rewards, or payouts, or that any particular follower will sign up or purchase Premium.

App Store and Google Play billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by those platforms under their rules. We are not responsible for platform delays, billing errors outside our control, or a follower's failure to complete purchase.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IGNITE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PROGRAM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PROGRAM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL CREATOR REWARDS WE ACTUALLY PAID YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY POUNDS STERLING (£50) OR THE APPROXIMATE LOCAL CURRENCY EQUIVALENT.

Nothing in these Program Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection law, including applicable UK, EEA, Portuguese, US, or Australian consumer rights where they apply.

16. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless IGNITE from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Program, your distribution of Creator Codes, or your violation of these Program Terms or applicable law.

17. Governing law

These Program Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise. Dispute resolution and jurisdiction follow the corresponding provisions in our Terms and Conditions.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Program Terms excludes or limits statutory rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your country of residence.

18. General

If any provision of these Program Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under the Program without our consent; we may assign these Program Terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, or sale of assets.

These Program Terms, together with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and IGNITE regarding the Program and supersede prior discussions about creator offers, except for any specific in-app offer details displayed at the time of participation.
